Ada Mae Crapo Schneider Saginaw, Michigan Our beloved mother and grandmother went home to the Lord on October 7, 2017, at the age of 94 years. Ada Mae was born February 20, 1923, in Owosso to the late Carl and Fern (Wallace) Randall. She married James Crapo on April 11, 1940. They moved to Saginaw in 1955. Upon retiring they moved to Georgia for 17 years. James predeceased her September 18, 2002. She then married David Schneider in September of 2006; he predeceased her in 2012. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, knitting, cooking, and spending time with her family. She was a member of Saginaw Valley Church of the Nazarene. Ada Mae lived a very full life, lived in many locations, created beautiful things for her family, and leaves her family treasured memories. Ada Mae will be missed by her children, Norman (Judy) Crapo and Mary Ellen (Jim) Whitteberry; grandchildren, Michael (Peggy) Crapo, Lesa (Jeff) Wood, Jeffrey (Kris) Whitteberry, Janet (Kevin) Sessink, and Joey Whitteberry; 9 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her grandson David Crapo and her brother Allan Randall. Funeral services will take place at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at Saginaw Valley Church of the Nazarene at 1815 Tittabawassee. Rev. Randall Owens will officiate with burial at 2:00 p.m. at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit the family Monday at W.L. Case & Company 4480 Mackinaw Rd from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., and again at church on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Saginaw Valley Church of the Nazarene.
