Alan W. Zolinski

Zolinski, Alan W. Saginaw Township Passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at St. Mary's of Michigan. Age 68 years. Al was born December 28, 1947 in Saginaw, the son of the late John and Mary (Holsworth) Zolinski. He served in the U.S. Army and was a member of American Legion Post #22 and V.F.W. Post #1566. He retired from General Motors with many years of service. Surviving are two sons, Brian Zolinski, Saginaw, MI; Christopher Zolinski and his wife, Stephany, Montrose, MI. a grand daughter, Alexis Zolinski; several nieces and nephews. He was predecease by a brother, John Zolinski, Jr. and a sister, Diane Talbot. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 16, 2016, at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Rev. Rob Richards will officiate with Military honors under the auspices of V.F.W. Post # 1566. Memorial visitation will be held from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday and then on Saturday from Noon until the time of the memorial service.
