Albert George Stachowiak

Albert George Stachowiak Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Sunday, January 22, 2017, at Covenant- Cooper Age 92 years. The son of the late Margaret (Zielinski) and Casper Stachowiak was born July 20, 1924 in Kawkawlin, Michigan. He married Dorothy E. Tomczak, June 15, 1949. She passed away July 28, 2006. Albert served with the U.S. Army during WWII. and was employed by Fisher-Flack (Kendell Electric), retiring with over 40 years of service. He enjoyed fishing and golf, but most of all, his grandchildren and family. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Ronald and Rita Stachowiak, Saginaw, MI; three grandchildren, Ryan Stachowiak and his wife, KayLeigh, Midland, MI; Robert Stachowiak, Denver, CO; Ross Stachowiak, Saginaw, MI; two great grandchildren, Owen and Paige; his daughter-in-law, Judy Diggs; a brother, Eugene Stack; several nieces and nephews. A son, Daniel Stachowiak, and a sister and brother, Dorothy Pawlak and Raymond Stack, have predeceased him. Cremation has taken place. A memorial prayer service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 25, 2017, at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Rev. Fr. Richard Jozwiak will officiate.
