Alexander F. Wagner

Alexander F. Wagner Cedar, MI formerly of Saginaw Our beloved husband, father, and grandfather passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2016, at the age of 85 years. Al "Butchie" was born January 11, 1931, in Saginaw to the late Mike and Esther (Symon) Wagner. He served in the U.S. Army. Al retired from Saginaw Steering Gear after 32 years of service. He enjoyed fixing things, riding his Harley, going to casinos, boating, travelling, and snacking on candy. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Madeline (Edwards) Wagner; son, Allen Lee (Judith) Wagner; grandchildren, Allen (Samantha) Wagner and Angela (Robert) Sidorowicz; great-grandchildren, Mason and Adalyn Sidorowicz and Arianna Wagner; 4 siblings and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by 13 siblings. We will always carry your memory in our hearts. Funeral services will take place at 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 5, 2016, at W.L. Case & Company 201 N. Miller Rd. Rev. Rob Richards will officiate with private burial in Eastlawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home on Sunday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and again on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association
