Alfrida Mae Cox "Fritzie"

Alfrida Mae Cox (Fritzie) Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Friday, November 3, 2017, at St. Marys Hospital. Age 94 years. The daughter of the late Mary Aleda (Olsen) and Clarence Keyser was born December 15, 1922 in Saginaw, Michigan. She married Clyde L. Cox, July 16, 1960. He passed away June 8, 2000. Fritzie was a member of First Presbyterian Church. She was employed as a PBX operator for the Bancroft Hotel and by Michigan National Bank. Most of all, she enjoyed her daughter, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Surviving are a daughter, Mary Ellen Whitney; a step-son and his wife, Dennis and Jan Cox; her grandson and his wife, Tom and Penny Whitney; her great grandchildren, Sarah, Hannah, Emily, Mary Anna, Samantha, Chelsee and Clyde; her great great grandchildren, Oriana and Carson; several step-grandchildren and step great grandchildren; a special friend, Fran. A granddaughter, Mary Elizabeth Ramos, a granddaughter, Casey and three brothers, Clarence (Bud), Nelson and Allan Keyser have predeceased her. The funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Monday at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Rev. Ted McCulloch will officiate with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the Chapel from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Sunday.
