The daughter of the late Grace Mary (Whitson) and Earnest Doras Ahlschwede was born April 4, 1939 in Crete, Nebraska. She graduated from the University of Nebraska and received her Master’s degree from Central Michigan University. She taught in the Saginaw Public School system at Arthur Hill High School, retiring with 32 years of service. She enjoyed collecting tea cups.
Surviving are a sister, Doris, of Nebraska; a brother, Robert, of Tennessee; a special friend, Richard Jensen.
In accordance with Alice’s wishes, cremation has taken place. No services are planned. www.casefuneralhome.com
