Andrew “Andy” David Robertson of Saginaw, Michigan

Beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 9, 2020, at Bickford Assisted Living. He was 87 years old. Andrew David Robert was born on February 6, 1933, in Saginaw, Michigan, to the late Andrew and Leah (Dubay) Robertson. He was a graduate of Arthur Hill High School. Andy married the love of his life, Mary Eleanor Dempsey on February 27, 1954; she preceded him in death on April 19, 2018. Following graduation, he began working for Morley Brothers. Andy later began a 42 year career with the United States Postal Service, retiring as a letter carrier. He was a former member of the St. Stephen Athletic Club and was a gifted and talented woodworker

Surviving are a daughter and two sons: Kathleen Perry of Zilwaukee; Thomas Robertson of Bay City; Douglas Robertson of Birch Run; four grandchildren: Andrew Thomas (Kelly) Robertson, Michelle Perry, Tyler D. (Caitlin) Robertson, and Benjamin D. Robertson; two great-grandchildren: Tori Robertson and Riley Robertson. Also surviving are many extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by a son, Andrew William Robertson; grandson, Joshua Daniel Agius.

A funeral service will take place at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) on Monday, December 14, 2020, at the W. L. Case & Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Road, Saginaw. Rev. Ted McCulloch will officiate. Burial will follow at St. Andrew Cemetery. Friends are welcome to visit with the family at the funeral home on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. In accordance with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services ordinance, indoor capacity is limited to 25, face coverings are required, and social distancing encouraged.
