Angelene Barbara Schultz Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2017, at Shields Comfort Care, surrounded by her family. Age 100 years. The daughter of the late Angeline (Pawlowski) and Casimer Zummer was born June 8, 1916 in Saginaw, Michigan. She married Harold Otto Schultz, May 17, 1941. He passed away September 10, 1992. Angelene had been employed by Columbia Mills. She was a member of St. Dominic Catholic Parish, St. Peter and Paul Church and had been active in the church's Read program. She enjoyed crocheting, working with ceramics and bowling. Surviving are two sons, two daughters and their spouses, Eric and Gail Schultz; Kurt and Karla Schultz; Carol and Mark Anderson; Barbara and Jim Oskvarek; fifteen grandchildren, including her caregivers, Erica James and her husband, Mark; fourteen great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. A son, Craig Schultz, and two brothers, two sisters, Casimer and Hillary Zummer, Lorretta Becker and Emelene Zummer have predeceased her. The funeral liturgy will take place at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 23, 2017, at St. Dominic Catholic Parish, St. Peter and Paul Church. Rev. Steve Gavit will officiate with entombment in Chapel Hill Mausoleum. Friends may call at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. from 2:00-4:00 and 5:00-800 p.m. Wednesday where a Vigil service will be held at 7:00 p.m. with Amy Roe officiating. Friends may then call at the Church from 10:00 a.m. Thursday until the time of the funeral liturgy.
