Beloved mother (Mumma) and grandmother (Nanna) passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 28, 2020 at her home with her family at her side; at the age of 66 years. The daughter of the late Leroy and Delores (Hapel) Wood, Ann was born on August 4, 1953 in Adrian, Michigan. Ann attended grade school at St. Joseph Academy. She graduated from Madison High School, Adrian, Michigan; she continued her education at Stautzenbeuger College, Maumee, Ohio. Her parents owned Woodlawn Golf Course; Ann helped in the overall management of the course from day-to-day during high school and college. She owned and operated Progler Insurance Company out of her home in Frankenmuth, Michigan. In 1994, she moved to Lehigh Acres, Florida to care for her parents. Ann then became a dedicated administrative assistant for 22 years with Hodges-Kiser Funeral Home, Fort Myers, Florida. She was a member of the Christian faith. Ann enjoyed golfing, was very dedicated to her work and helping others in need. Above all, Ann cherished the time spent with her family.

Surviving are three children: Mollie (Progler) Hill (Shane) of Saginaw, Michigan; Candice Progler-Thomsen (Kim) of Stege, Denmark; Steven (Bradley) Progler Jr. of Columbia, South Carolina; three granddaughters: Morgan Progler of Big Rapids, Michigan; Lumenn Hill of Saginaw, Michigan; Siena Progler-Thomsen of Stege, Denmark; and one grandson Caspian Progler-Thomsen of Stege, Denmark. Ann was preceded in death by loving companion: Ralph Griffiths.

Honoring Ann’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel.
