Jacobs, Ann M. James Township, Michigan
Ann Marie Jacobs was born to Timothy G. Hart and Eleanor C. Hart in Saginaw, Michigan. She resided in James Township her entire life where she lived in her dream house built by the love of her life, Butch.
She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years Butch Jacobs, her children Jenny Jacobs, Stacy (David) Clark, James (Shanda) Jacobs, grandchildren Taylor, Jacob, Caleb, Dawson, Piper, and Cora. She is also survived by her mother Eleanor Hart, sister Joanne (Roger) Boehler, sister Kathy (Karl) Reis, sister-in-law Michele (Michael) Freund, brother Robert (Rhonda) Hart, sister-in-law Connie Wendling, brother-in-law Harold (Debra) Jacobs, and many wonderful nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father Timothy Hart, brother Timothy Hart, and brother-in-law William Wendling.
Ann loved life and lived each day with passion and true happiness despite being in excruciating physical pain. She would always say she had a project going on in her head - thinking about where she wanted a piece of furniture or where she could put one of her antiques. She was an amazing conversationalist. She could impart wisdom and advice about a broad range of topics from gardening and antiques to history and geography. People were drawn to her and she made everyone feel that they were always welcome in her life. To say she cherished her family was an understatement. Not only were they her world but she took time with each of them and recognized their unique personalities and talents and prayed for them specifically. She always wanted her life to be celebrated and would often quote the Bible verse in Ecclesiastes that there is a season for everything and a time to every purpose under heaven. There is a time to weep and a time to laugh… a time to mourn and a time to dance. Ann was a truly remarkable woman, wife, mother, ma (thats what the grandkids called her), sister, daughter, friend. Although she will be terribly missed here on earth the legacy she has left will continue on for all of eternity.
