Passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at Brookdale Assisted Living. Age 95 years.

The daughter of the late Elizabeth (Lesshaft) and Herbert Ziegast was born September 11, 1929 in Saginaw, Michigan. She married Jim Shannon, October 13, 1947. Her husband of 77 years survives her. She was a member of St. John Episcopal Church, a former member of Germania and enjoyed playing tennis.

Surviving besides her husband, Jim, are three children, Patricia Shannon; Herbert Shannon and Sherry (T.im) Bogardus; two grandchildren, Hunt and Shannon Bogardus.

In accordance with Annerose’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
