Arthur N. Prenzler

Passed away Monday, March 22, 2021, at Covenant-Harrison, surrounded by his family. Age 81 years.
The son of the late Selma (Borm) and Albert Prenzler was born May 28, 1939 in Saginaw, Michigan.
He married Audrey Keinath, February 4, 1961. His wife of 59 years passed away December 10, 2020. Art was employed by General Motors, Nodular Iron and Grey Iron foundries, retiring with 35 years of service. He then worked for Prenz Maintenance for many years. He was an active member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church, where he served on the Board, as an usher and worked the Sauerkraut dinners. He enjoyed playing Euchre.
Surviving are his children and their spouses, Kelly (Chuck) Smith; Scott (Vicki) Prenzler; Gregory (Dora Mershon) Prenzler; Todd (Cindy) Prenzler; his grandchildren and their spouses, Patricia and Aaron Reed; Joshua and Sarah Bailey; Jessica and David Rogal; Danielle and Terrence Harris; Rachel, Hannah Alexander and Elizabeth Prenzler; Michael and Kendra Prenzler; Kevin, Eric, and Chad Prenzler; his great grandchildren, Christian, Aaron and Carson Reed; Ashton and Bronson Bailey; Xander, Zoey, Kaeleb, Hailie and Schuyler Rogal; Aubree and Jordan Smith, Grayson Prenzler; his great great grandchild, Dawson Reed; a brother and sister, Robert Prenzler, Mary Sheldon; his sisters-in-law, Hatsuko Prenzler; Shirley and George Reinert; Viola Poellet; many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Besides his parents he was predeceased by a brother, Carl Prenzler, his brother-in-law, Arnold Keinath.
The funeral service will take pace at Noon Saturday, March 27, 2021, at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 600 Court St. Rev. James F. Krueger will officiate with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit with family at the Church from 10:00 a.m. Saturday until the time of the funeral service. In accordance with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services ordinance, indoor capacity is limited, face coverings are required, and social distancing encouraged.
