Audrey E. Cowdry

Cowdry, Audrey E. Saginaw, Michigan Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, passed away Wednesday morning, February 8, 2017, at Edgewood Assisted Living, at the age of 101 years. Audrey Wiselogel was born November 20, 1915, in Albion, Michigan, the daughter of the late Iva (Willoughby) and Harvey Wiselogel. She married Clifford "Abe" Cowdry on February 18, 1938; he predeceased her November 21, 1981. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, where she had served as secretary for eleven years. Surviving are her children, William R. Cowdry and Suzanne (Charles) Aubin, both of Saginaw, and Beth (Thomas) Pelkey, of Alpena, MI; five grandchildren, John (Cindy) Aubin, Michael Aubin, Dennis Cowdry, Angelia Cowdry and Melissa (Seth) Epstein; four great-grandchildren, Christine Cowdry, Deryk Aubin, Zachary Aubin and Charlotte Epstein and another great-grandchild due in March; many nieces, nephews and their families. She was predeceased by her daughter-in-law, Helen Cowdry; her brother, Norvel Wiselogel; her sister, Velda Sloey; and two nephews. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 18, 2017, at First United Methodist Church, 4790 Gratiot Road, where her family will receive friends from 4:00 7:00 p.m. on Friday, February 17, 2017, and then on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
