Audrey Lou Hayman

Audrey Lou Hayman Saginaw, Michigan Formerly of Lakeland, Florida Passed away Friday, January 4, 2019, at New Hope, Bay City, MI. Age 80 years. The daughter of the late Dorothy (Sorensen) and John Johnston was born June 24, 1938 in Ludington, Michigan. She married Roger Louis Hayman, December 19, 1986; he passed away March 27, 2011. Audrey was very active in the Girl Scouts, serving as Assistant Executive Director of the Mitten Bay Area Council. Mrs. and Mr. Hayman enjoyed spending winters in Lakeland Florida and moved there in 2003. Audrey returned to Saginaw in 2016. She attended the Salvation Army in Lakeland and was an avid Detroit Tigers Baseball fan attending many of their spring games. She enjoyed traveling, taking cruises and growing flowers on the family farm in Scottville, Michigan. Surviving are three children, Bonnie Roberge and Mark Bartz; Cheryl and Dennis Roczkowski; Jeff Roberge and Karen Cottrell; two grandchildren, Denyl and Steve Esterhai; Cheyna and Jonathon Roth; two great grandchildren, Kloey and Zoey Esterhai; three sisters, one brother, Janice and Robert Hillard; Arlene Purvis and Bart Dean; Sandra Rapp; Jack Johnston; many nieces and nephews and the "AKA Cousins". The funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 9, 2019, at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Chaplain Doug Bassett will officiate with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service.
