Barbara Ann Launstein

Barbara Ann Launstein Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Friday, October 9, 2015 at her home. Age 62 years. The daughter of the late Arnold and Mary Ann (Graham) Clark was born October 29, 1952 in Saginaw, Michigan. She married Gary J. Launstein, November 8, 1980. He survives her. She was a graduate of Arthur Hill High School, Class of 1970, and attended Delta College and Montcalm community college receiving her nursing degree. She was employed as a Registered Nurse by Covenant Healthcare for most of her career. She was a member of Faith Ev. Lutheran Church. Barbara enjoyed arts and crafts, made wedding cakes, was an avid card player and bingo enthusiast. She enjoyed going up north, drawing and painting, trivia and line dancing. Surviving besides her husband, Gary, are two sons and their wives, Christopher and Tricia Launstein; Benjamin and Sarah Launstein; four grandchildren, Brendan, Kierstin, Tyler and Ethan; her brothers and sisters and their spouses, Patricia Morrison; William and Terry Morrison; Arnold Clark Jr.; Wayne and Leona Clark; James and Jill Clark; Marilyn and Kevin Klenk; many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Bertha (Sally) and Richard Jay Launstein. The funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 12, 2015 at Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church, 4432 Mackinaw Rd. Saginaw. Pastor Nancy Steele will officiate. Friends may call at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Sunday and then on Monday from 10:00 a.m. Monday until the time of the funeral service.
