Barbara Ann Rhyan

Rhyan Barbara Ann (Sonefeld) Spaulding Township Passed away Tuesday June 2, 2015 at home at the age of 77 years. Barbara was born October 5, 1937 in Saginaw; the daughter of the late John and Leila (Walton) Sonefeld. Barbara married Gerald Rhyan May 16, 1959 he survives her. Surviving besides her husband Gerald are their three children; Dennis (Joanna) Rhyan, Bay City; David (Anne) Rhyan, Bay City; Dayna (Gene) Leinberger, Bay City; two sisters Nancy (Jim) Langer, Houghton Lake; Francis (Jim) McFarland; Saginaw; two brother-in-laws and one sister-in-law Donald (Linda) Rhyan, Arizona, Richard Rhyan, Flint, Yvonne Rhyan, Bridgeport; grandchildren; Jarod, Felicia, Carley, April, Brooke, Russell; great-grandchildren; Cayden, Darian, Josh and Jace; many nieces and nephews; special friend of 47 years Shirley Crisp. Barbara was predeceased by her brother James Sonefeld, brother-in-law Robert Rhyan, and her mother-in-law and father-in-law Charles and Francis Rhyan. Funeral service will take place 7:00 p.m. Monday June 8, 2015 at the W.L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel 5700 Dixie Hwy. Chaplain Laura Ruhle will officiate. Private burial will take place in Pine Grove Cemetery.
