Fobear, Barbara J. Saginaw, MI Devoted servant of Christ was called home on Wednesday, May 8, 2013, at the age of 89 years. She is now in the arms of her loving savior and rejoicing with her mother, father, sister, brother, and all those that she loved that went before her. Barbara was born May 24, 1923, to the late Andrew and Neva (Ervans) Fobear. She was born in the same house where she lived her entire life. She worked for Sunshine Biscuit then went on to help raise her nieces and nephews. She was a humble soul that lived her life with simplicity, love, and the Lord. She will be missed by her nieces and nephews, Michael (Karen) Lutenske, Paul (Ann) Lutenske, Johnnie Lutenske, Mary (Bob) Merrill, Kim Fobear, Christine (Tony) Zolinski, Andrew Fobear II, and Kathy Fobear; 9 great-nieces and great-nephews; and 8 great-great-nieces and great-great nephews; and her sister-in-law, Elaine Fobear. She was predeceased by her brother David Fobear and sister Eleanore Lutenske. Funeral Liturgy will take place at 10:00 a.m. Monday, May 13, 2013, at St. Helen Catholic Church 2445 N. Charles St. Fr. Ronald Wagner will officiate with burial to follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family at church from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
