Bernice Eva Truskoski, passed away peacefully, with family by her side, on Thursday, April 2nd, 2020, at age 101.
Bernice, known to many as Nana Bea, was born Christmas Eve 1918 to the late Frank and Eva Wrzesinski of Bay County, Michigan. She inspired many with her positive, cheerful outlook in happy anticipation of Heaven.
She was a member of St. Perter and Paul Catholic Church of Saginaw, she remained strong in her faith throughout her life. She enjoyed gardening, playing bingo and assembling puzzles. She especially enjoyed her outings with her eldest Grandson Ron.
Bernice is survived by three Grandchildren, Ron (Marcie) Mielke, Diane (Jay) Schimmoller, Jeff (Brandi) Mielke; Many Great Grandchildren, Karly Twining and Kyle Mielke, Jacob and Noah Mielke, Jay II and Jayann Schimmoller; one brother, Chet Wrzesinski. She will be missed by many other Family and Friends.
Bernice was preceded in death by her husband, Chet Truskoski; her daughter and son-in-law, Maureen and Larry Mielke; four sisters, Evelyn Kosztrewa, Cecelia Bateson, Loretta Kurlinski, Elenor Matuszewski and one brother, Frankie Wrzesinski.
A private family service will be held at her graveside at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Saginaw with Fr. Steve Gavit officiating. Those wishing to expressed their condolences may do on the tribute wall of her obituary at www.casefuneralhome.com
