Bertha A. (Reeves) Hall
of Saginaw, MI
The best wife and mother you could ever ask for passed away October 25, 2020, after a lengthy illness. She was 70 years old. Bertha Reeves was born on September 29, 1950 in Saginaw to the late Perry & Viola (Daniels) Reeves. She married Walter Hall on October 9, 2000. Bertha loved sewing and leather work as well as her rose bushes. Above all else she loved her family.
Surviving are her husband, Walt Hall, seven children: Peggy Reeves of Bay City, MI, Rick Merrow of Bridgeport, MI, James (Amanda Miller) Hall of Riverside, CA, Kelly (Scott Lembach) Darby of Mt. Morris, MI, Karrie Anne (Eddie) Sayan of Bridgeport, MI, Jerry Hall of Saginaw, MI, and Ben (Katrina) Merrow of Beaverton. She was a loving grandmother to 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She is predeceased by three sisters, Eleanor, Mickey and Maryjane, and a life-long friend who she shared a birthday with, Marlene Dobbins.
Funeral service will be held at 1 pm on Thursday, October 29, 2020 at W. L. Case & Company, 5700 Dixie Highway, Bridgeport. Burial will follow at Spaulding Township Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 10 am until the time of service. Pursuant to the current state executive order, indoor building capacity is limited, face covers are required, and social distancing encouraged. We appreciate everyone’s efforts to reduce the spread of Covid-19 in our community.
