Betty A. Smith Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Monday, March 13, 2017, at her home. Age 77 years. The daughter of the late Ella (Wager) and Charles Spitz was born April 7, 1939, in Saginaw, Michigan. She married Delmer Smith. He passed away August 26, 1988. Betty enjoyed gardening, crocheting, playing cards and going to Bingos. Surviving are a son, daughter and son-in-law, Charles Smith; Sandra and Trinidad Uribe; five grandchildren, Terri Wren and her husband, Tony; Tara Uribe, Amber Uribe; Sarah Uribe, Celeste Uribe; a great grandson, Callum Cruz; a brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Jan Spitz; a sister, Pat Yanna; several nieces and nephews. Three brothers and three sisters, Carl, Jacob and Robert Spitz, Mary Massey, Mildred Gotham and Frances Griffus have predeceased her. Mrs. Smith's family will be holding a visitation from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 17, 2017, at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd.
