Betty Jean Densmore

Densmore, Betty Jean Saginaw, MI formerly of Bridgeport Passed away peacefully Wednesday, April 10, 2013, with her husband Pete by her side at Sterling House, Brookdale Senior Living. Betty Jean Reynolds was born December 15, 1926, in Flint, MI to the late Grace Gertrude (Wolverton) and Frank Pearl Reynolds. She married Paul c. "Pete" Densmore on November 28, 1942, in Grayling, MI. They had recently celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary. For most of her life Betty Jean was a wife, mother, avid quilter, and devoted church member. She belonged to Saginaw Valley Church of the Nazarene where she taught Sunday School until her eyesight diminished. She will be missed by her husband Pete; sons, Jerry Densmore and Mark (Dalinda) Densmore; grandson, Stefan (Heidi) Densmore; two great-grandchildren, Rose and Wulffgang; and several special nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sisters, Wanda and Fern. Funeral services will take place at 12:00 noon Saturday, April 13, 2013, at Saginaw Valley Church of the Nazarene at 1815 Tittabawassee Rd. Burial will take place at Floral Gardens Cemetery in Bay City, MI. Friends may visit with the family at W.L.
