Betty Lou (Nelson) Johnson Cicinelli Farnum

Loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away Friday December 31, 2021 at Hoyt Nursing and Rehab. Betty was 92 years of age.
Betty was born August 22, 1929 in Henderson, Mills County Iowa, the daughter of the late Carroll G. Nelson and Dorris Z. (Parrrott) Nelson.
She married Horace Eaton Johnson in 1950 he predeceased her in 1983. Betty married Salvatore Cicinelli he predeceased her in 1988. Betty also married Dr Gaynard Farnum he predeceased her in 2002.
Betty was a bookkeeper at Johnson and Son Ford in Merrill and also owned and operated Betty's Yarns and Fabric in Merril MI for many years. For almost 20 years she was a bookkeeper at Crooked Creek Golf Course in Sheilds
Betty taught country western line dancing in the Saginaw area for many years. She loved to dance and is dancing once again.
Surviving are her children; Thomas (Pamela) Johnson, Daniel Johnson, and Robert ( Sonja ) Johnson; 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Also surviving is one brother Joe D. Nelson and one half sister Carolee (Nelson) Robertson. Along with several nieces and nephews.
Following Betty’s wishes cremation has taken place there are no services planned at this time. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider a donation to your favorite charity in her name
