Bruce Alan Neveau

Bruce Alan Neveau Merrill, Michigan Formerly of Essexville Our loving husband, father and grandfather, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 7, 2017, age 58 years. Bruce was born on May 4, 1959, son of the late Roy and Mary Lou (Davenport) Neveau, in Bay City. He married Connie Summers on October 4, 1986, she survives him. Bruce was employed as a Diesel Mechanic for many years. He was very skilled and well respected throughout Mid-Michigan. Bruce was a hard worker. In the face of adversity, he insisted to continue working the best he could until the end. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. He will be missed by his wife, Connie; children, Terry (Carolann) Hoult, Ryan Neveau and Bethany Neveau (Tim Morningstar); grandchildren, Carissa, Charleigh, Kayliana and Jordhynn; brothers, Bob (Karen), Larry and Dennis; sisters, Eileen (Gene), Nancy (Ivan), Margie (Bob), Sally (Bruce) and Janet; Joan, Mike and Deb, whom he loved as siblings; his mother-in-law, Joyce Summers and family, whom he adored; also many other special nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors and great friends that are very treasured, including, Jeff, Jerry and Victor. He was predeceased by his brothers, Doug and Brian Neveau. A celebration of life will take place at 1:00 p.m. on January 13, 2018 at the Eagles Club, 7078 Gratiot Road. Honoring Bruces wishes cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider the Muscular Dystrophy Association in Bruces name.
