Hutton, Carlton C. (Bud) Saginaw, Michigan
Passed away surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, September 17, 2015, age 95 years. Carlton was born on October 22, 1919, son of the late Clive and Ivah May (Claspell) Hutton, in Boyne City, Michigan.
He married Jean Everest on May 27, 1939, she predeceased him after 73 years spent together on February 23, 2012. He was in the U.S. Army and a member of the assault troops in Okinawa. Bud retired from Steering Gear after 30 years of service. He was a member of the Bridgeport Masonic Lodge 258 F&AM and the Fraternal Order of Eagles 3963. He was the rock of the family. A strong patriarch who was always proud of his family, encouraging and supporting them. He enjoyed fishing, camping and dancing with the love of his life, Jean (Toots).
He is survived by his children and their spouses, Lance (Sharon) Hutton, Judy (Steve) Fejedelem, Dennis (Cheryl) Hutton, Sr., Ivah (Ignacio) Vega and Duane Hutton; 23 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; also many other special relatives and friends. Besides his parents and his wife Jean, he was predeceased by his grandchildren, Timothy Czymbor, Kirk Hutton, Stephanie Cox and Dennis Barnes Jr.; his great grandson, Michael Linhart Jr.; his sister, Arlene Cadwell and his daughter-in-law, Gail Sloboda.
Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at W. L. Case and Company 5700 Dixie Highway. Chaplain Anthony Ferriell will officiate with burial in Oakgrove Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
