Passed away Thursday, December 1,2022 at the age of 65 years. The daughter of Maria (Gonzales) and Victoriano Vallegos was born March 3,1957 in Saginaw, Michigan. She worked for the Saginaw Public School system for many years in her younger days and held many other jobs. She enjoyed going to the casino with her friend Jenny and playing Bingo. And camping in the summer with her brother Victor.
But cooking and baking was her passion! She was an amazing cook and baker. She baked the best cookies around. She loved to collect many things but collecting snowmen were her thing. She was a natural loving person with a beautiful soul and would give anyone in need the shirt off her back if they need it. All the kids in her neighborhood called her "Granny Boo" and loved her so much. She feed anyone who came through her door and all the kids in the neighborhood.
She loved her family dearly and took pride in children and grandchildren. Surviving her are three children and their spouses, Alicia and Michael Taylor, Jonathan and Brittney Burden, Jason Burden, Michael Blacksher Eleven Grandchildren Jason Burden Jr, Madison Jones,
Michael Taylor Jr, Miranda (Derrius) Campbell, Troy Burden, Jonathan Burden Jr, Weston Burden, Lincoln Burden, Christian Burden, Alessandra Rose, Aurelio Burden. Four Great Grandchildren Aubrey, Derrius Jr, Demarcus, Deontae Campbell. Three sisters and two brothers, SanJuanita Stever,
Kathy (Hoyte) Robertson, Maria (Mark) Vallegos, Antonio (Lulu) Vallegos, a special brother whom she loved dearly Victor (Carol) Vallegos. A favorite Uncle Margarito (Mago) Hernandez, Great nephew Isiah Foster, Also her special friend Melvin Frazier. God Children Jeremey Rosa, James Rosa, Ruben Villareal, Carlo Villareal and Justin Rosa Celedoria Villareal named after her. And a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Maria Vallegos, a daughter, Stephanie Burden, a nephew, Emanuel Villareal and a special aunt, Aida Deleon of Texas.
The funeral service will take place at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Directors, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Rev. Augustine Delgado will officiate with cremation to follow.
