Christina Ann Leyba of Saginaw, Michigan, formerly of WY

Beloved significant other, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 19, 2021, at her home with her beloved Norm by her side. She was 55 years old. Christina Ann Leyba was born on November 8, 1965, in Mangas, New Mexico, to the late Prospero and Josefita (Mata) Leyba. She enjoyed camping and spending time with her family and friends. She will forever be remembered for her kind heart, beautiful laugh, and for her selfless spirit.

Surviving are her companion of 15 years, Norman C. Peters of Saginaw; 13 siblings: Dolores Dillard of GA; Mary (Larry) Johnson of Albuquerque, NM, Santiago Leyba of Mangus, NM; Helen Wimberley of GA; Cindy Apodaca of GA; Fred Leyba of NM; Anna Armstrong of Quemado, NM; Sam Leyuba of Mangus, NM; Gilbert Leyba of Mangus, NM; Diane (Tom) Anderson of ND; Irene (Mile) Hensley of WY, Richard (Billie) Leyba of AZ; and Mike and Michelle Leyba of WY; companions-in-law: Paula Peters of Saginaw; Harvey Peters of Saginaw; Jimmy Peters of Saginaw; Roger Peters of OK; Frank Peters of Saginaw; and Grace Peters of Saginaw. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by four brothers-in-law: Robert Dillard, John Wimberley, Moses Apodaca, and Arlin Armstrong.
