Christy Lou Blakely Bridgeport, Michigan Passed away Saturday March 17, 2018 at her home. Age 53 years. The daughter of the late Janet Ruth (Emery) and William Junior Hawes was born November 28, 1964 in Saginaw, Michigan. She married Arland Blakely, September 24, 1994. He survives her. She attended First Presbyterian Church of Taymouth and was employed by the Cracker Barrel for over 20 years. She enjoyed golf, bowling, playing fantasy football and weekend get-a-ways with her sisters. Surviving besides her husband, Arland, is her daughter, Rebecca Lou Blakely; seven brothers and sisters and their spouses, William and Laura Hawes; Kathy and Harold Irish; Frank and Mary Beth Hawes; Cherie and David Miller; Mavis Lewandowski; Paul J. Hawes; Keith and Mary Kay Hawes; Her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Gloria and Arland Blakely; her sisters-in-law and brother-in-law and their spouses, Terri and John Freeman; Daniel and Jaye Blakely; Doris and Thomas Lasich; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents and two sisters-in-law, Terrie Blakely and Linda Hawes. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, March 22, 2018 at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 5700 Dixie Hwy. Saginaw. Rev. Scott Kroener will officiate.
