Clare R. Latty

Clare R. Latty Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Saturday, September 17, 2016, at his home. Age 77 years. The son of the late Earl and Eva (Tyler) Latty was born February 15, 1939 in Saginaw, Michigan. He was employed by General Motors, retiring in 1990 with 25 years of service. He enjoyed fishing, traveling, gardening, taking care of his yard, and most of all, socializing with family and friends. Surviving are three sons and two daughters, Michael R. Latty and Rose; Thomas A. Latty and Karleen; Daniel A. Latty and Sandy Patterson; Melinda J. Mitchell; Melissa Adams and Jason; nine grandchildren, Thomas, Sarah, David, Mary, Robert, Matthew, Samantha, Autumn and Monica; two brothers, Chet and Russell Latty; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by six brothers and three sisters, Earl, Claude, Herbert, Melvin, Roy, Hughey and Margaret Latty, Irene Webb and Florence Thomas. The funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 21, 2016, at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Rd. with burial in Oakwood Cemetery. Friends may call at the Chapel from 2:00-5:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Tuesday. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider Covenant V.N.A.
