Cyril A. Landra

Cyril A. Landra Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Monday, March 21, 2016, at St. Francis Home. Age 91 years. The son of the late Louise (Stacer) and Alton Landra was born August 9, 1924 in Detroit, Michigan. He married Eleanor G. Longuski, June 14, 1952. His wife of 63 years survives him. Cyril served with the U.S. Navy during WWII. Mr. and Mrs. Landra made their home in Florida for 25 years. Cyril was employed by the State of Florida as a Court Reporter. They moved back to Michigan in 2003. He was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church, enjoyed raising African Violets, flowers and woodworking. Surviving besides his wife, Eleanor, are a son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Ann Landra, Saginaw, MI; two grandchildren, Tanner and Kelsey; two nieces, Norma Bartley and Sharon Lowing. He was predeceased by a daughter, Denise L. Patton and a sister, Marie Bolter. In accordance with Mr. Landra's wishes cremation has taken place. No services are planned. www.casefuneralhome.com
