Dave C. Riselay

Dave C. Riselay Saginaw, Michigan Beloved father and grandfather passed away Tuesday, May 10, 2016, at the age of 84 years. Dave was born December 25, 1931, in Saginaw to the late Charles and Eva (Peters) Riselay. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He married Madge Foster on November 24, 1951; she predeceased him on November 3, 2006. He retired from Saginaw Public Schools in 1987 but continued to own/operate Riselay Trucking until he retired in 2014. He was a member of American Legion Post 439. He is survived by his children, Dennis Riselay, Sue Kirkland, and Darla (Jeff) Jackson; grandchildren, David Bowman and Scott Jackson; his sister Betty Meisel; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by 5 sisters and 3 brothers. Funeral services will take place at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 14, 2016, at W.L. Case & Company 4480 Mackinaw Road. Rev. Ted McCulloch will officiate with burial to follow in Eastlawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home on Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and again on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
