Passed away on February 14, 2020 surrounded by his family. Dean was 64 years old. He was born on May 23, 1955 in Saginaw, Michigan to the late John J. and Doris Joan (Beckler) Jambor. Dean graduated from Arthur Hill High School. He later married Dawn Plonta on November 15, 2002 in Saginaw. The couple has shared 30 years together.
Dean was a carpenter, employed by Timbertown Restoration Inc. and Hammer Restoration Inc. He enjoyed his Harley Davidson motorcycles and muscle cars. Most of all he loved spending time with his family.
Surviving is his wife, Dawn Jambor, children; Andrew (Teisha) Jambor of Goose Creek, South Carolina, Adrienne Jambor, and Ryan (Erica Fisk) Plonta, grandchildren; Celeste (Tom) Miller and Winston, Tori Ezell, Peighton Jambor, Ellie Alberts and Olivia Plonta, John L. (Victoria Logan) Gregg- Jambor, Christian (Jordan Johnston) Gregg- Jambor, great grandchildren; Major and Mariah Satchell, Dylan Strine, Elijah Gregg- Jambor, Lyric Gregg- Jambor, and Bentley Gregg Jambor. Also surviving him are his siblings Jay (Judy) Jambor of Bloomfield Hills, Julie (David) Olson of Prescott Arizona, and Doreen (Jeff) Oatten of Alpena Michigan. He is also survived by his Aunt Elizabeth Senko.
Dean was preceded in death by his father John J. Jambor on December 20, 2006 and his mother Doris Jean (Beckler) Jambor on August 30, 1994.
Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of Deans life will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday February 16, 2020 at W.L. Case and Company, 5700 Dixie Highway, Bridgeport. Friends may visit with the family from 12:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider the Jambor Family in care of Dawn Jambor.
