Debra Lynn “Debi” Dunn of Saginaw, Michigan

Beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend passed away unexpectedly at her home on Thursday, August 6, 2020. She was 61 years old. Debra Lynn Hare was born on November 3, 1958, in Saginaw, Michigan, to the late Ronald and Betty (Alexander) Hare. She was a proud 1976 graduate of Bridgeport High School. Following graduation, Debi began working at General Motors – Delphi as a machine operator, retiring after 30 years of service. Debi married Terry A. Dunn on September 10, 1988, in Bridgeport, Michigan; he preceded her in death on January 5, 2014. She was a dedicated member of U.A.W. Local 699. Debi treasured and cherished time spent with her family and friends, as well as going “glamping” and snowmobiling. She will forever be remembered for her hard work ethic and for her independence.

Surviving are a son Jason J. (Jennifer) Stevens of Saginaw; daughter, Brittani N. Dunn of Saginaw; two grandsons: Blake and Travis Stevens of Saginaw; four brothers: Kevan (Renee) Rogers, Tim Hare, Mickey Rogers, and Tom Schulz; nephews and nieces: Jeremy (Mary Jo) Hare, Jeni (Richard) May, Robert Quackenbush; friends: Rhonda (Ken) Voelker, Jeanne (Steve) Lapine, and Annie (Mark) Ruggles.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Terry Dunn; sister, Denise Quackenbush; and her grandmother, Arlene Mervyn.

Honoring Debra’s wishes cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
