Della Jean Doughty

Doughty, Della Jean Freeland, MI Passed away Sunday, February 1, 2015 at her home, age 86 years. Della was born in Richland Township, Michigan the daughter of the late Earl Ross and Minnie May (Voorheis) Floud. She married Edwin James Doughty December 17, 1955. He predeceased her June 19, 1998. Della was a member of Second Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her daughter, Janet Doughty; two sisters, Leona Ott and Ethel Weyh; a sister-in-law, Doris Floud; many nieces and nephews and her special friends, Al and Leota Barnikow. In addition to her husband, Della was predeceased by eight siblings. The funeral service will take place 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 6, 2015 at W. L. Case & Company Funeral Home, 201 N. Miller Rd. Rev. James Neumann will officiate with burial to follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit with the family at the chapel Thursday from 2:00 -4:00 p.m. and 6:00 8:00 p.m. and on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until time of the service.
