Dixie L. Hetrick

Our loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2020. Age 82 years.

Dixie was born on January 24, 1938, daughter of the late William and Mabel (Gilbert) Kelly, in Saginaw. She married David Hetrick. He predeceased her on December 18, 1998. Dixie loved spending time with her family at their property in Hesperia. She was an avid reader and enjoyed playing on her tablet, BINGO, bowling, traveling and shuffleboard.

Dixie will be missed by her daughters, Cheryl Lloyd, Bridget (Daniel) Mitchell, Mabel Wakefield and Terrie Hetrick; many special grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sons, David Hetrick, Jr., Rickey Kelly, son-in-law, John Lloyd, brothers, William and Thomas Kelly, sisters, Loris Hayes and Del McNally and sister-in-law, Ladell Bauer.

Committal service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2020, at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens, 7475 East Holland Road.
