Passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at his home. Age 98 years.
The son of the late Ruth (Bender) and William McClung was born December 9, 1923
in Beaverton, Michigan. He graduated from Saginaw High School. He married Dorothy Butzin, July 2, 1944. She passed away March 27, 2009. He retired from the U. S. Air Force with 24 years of service. He was a member of the V.F.W. post # 9809. He was a member of First United Methodist Church.
Surviving are two daughters and their husbands, Nancy and Robert Ruh; Kathleen and Dean Lewis; six grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; a brother and sister-in-law, William and Diane McClung; several nieces and nephews.
In accordance with Mr. McClung’s wishes, cremation has taken place. His cremated remains will be interred at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly Michigan. www.casefuneralhome.com
