Passed away on July 27, 2020, peacefully in his home surrounded by his family. Age 70 years. Donald was born on December 2, 1949 to the late Donald and Luella (Duby) Losee in Saginaw. He married Rose McAuliffe on September 19, 1987; she predeceased him on July 20, 2015. He retired from General Motors, Saginaw SSteering Gear after many years of service and was a member of the U.A.W. Local #699. Donald served as Assistant Chief for the Albee Township Fire Department. He also played bass in various bands throughout the years and enjoyed riding his motorcycle.
Surviving are five children: Dawn (Chad) Horn, Gail Losee-Willacker, Donald (Crystal) Losee, Kevin (Sarah) McAuliffe, and Kelly (Bobby) Peters, two brothers: Gene (Karen) Losee and Mike (Susan) Losee, 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
He is predeceased by a brother, Gary Losee.
Honoring Donald’s wishes cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be scheduled at a later date.
