Case, Donna M. (Beardslee) Saginaw, Michigan Beloved wife, mother, sister, and aunt, passed away Wednesday, March 5, 2014, at the University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor, following a lengthy illness. Age 64 years. Donna Mae Beardslee was born March 5, 1950, in Flint, the daughter of the late John Edgar and Evelyn Althea (Delbridge) Beardslee. She graduated from Hill McCloy High School in Montrose with the Class of 1968. She married Marshall Dean "Pete" Case II on October 18, 1969. She was a member of the Swan Valley Church of the Nazarene. Surviving are her husband, Pete; two sons, Jason and Marshall "Marty" Case III, both of Saginaw; three brothers and one sister, Richard and Norma Beardslee, New Lothrop; John and Cindy Beardslee; Jim Beardslee, all of Birch Run; Janice "Jan" Beardslee and friend Richard Browne, Saginaw; mother-in-law, Winifred Erma Case, Saginaw; two brothers-in-law, Roger and Elaine Case, Boyne City; Harvey and Bonnie Case, Montrose; many nieces, nephews and their families. She was predeceased by an infant son, Jim Corbett Case; a sister, Karen and Russell Brown, father-in-law, Marshall Case, and brother-in-law, Donald and Beverly Case. Funeral services will take place at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 11, 2014, at the W. L. Case & Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Road, where her family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, and then on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Rev. Jerry Schalau will officiate with burial in the Elmwood Cemetery, New Lothrop.
