Dorothy Ann Watson

Dorothy Ann Watson Saginaw, Michigan Our beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed away on May 24, 2017, with her family by her side, at the age of 83 years. Dorothy was born May 8, 1934, to the late Arvine Smith and Ethel (Davis) Bebow. She married Glenn Watson on June 14, 1952; he predeceased her January 15, 1996. She loved dancing, playing cards, and being with her family. She will lovingly be remembered by her family for her great sense of humor, she was always ready for a laugh, and her inner strength. She was a member of the Washington club and previously the Merrill Congregational Church. She will be missed by her daughters, Deborah Schoch, Diane (Ed Esposito) Watson; grandchildren, Charles Schoch, Scott (Amanda) Schoch, Brandon (Sarah) Schoch; great-grandchildren, Kyle, Derek, Khloe, Kayla, Hagan, and Chase; brothers, Lysle (Ellie) Smith and Calvin (Elaine) Smith; her special friend, Ed Denome; and her cat Charlie. She was predeceased by her daughter, June Violet Watson; sister, Marjorie Smith; and son-in-law, John Schoch. Memorial services will take place at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 1, 2017, at W.L. Case & Company 201 N. Miller Rd. Rev. Richard Gossett will officiate with inurnment at Lakefield Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday at the funeral home from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. and again on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
