Kluck, Dorothy Eva Welcome Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Thursday, April 6, 2017, at the age of 87 years. She was born December 22, 1929, to the late Henry and Faye Welcome, and was raised by her mother and stepfather, Benjamin Blumenthal. Dorothy was a talented seamstress whose passion was designing, sewing and creating beautiful and unusual clothing. She married Robert W. Kluck on May 3, 1952, in Saginaw. Her husband predeceased her October 20, 2012. She is survived by her daughter, Terry (Tom) Beagle, and her son, Randy (Tracey) Kluck; three step-grandchildren, eight step-great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson. She is also survived by her brother, whom she adored, Dr. Jack (Nancy) Blumenthal, and sister-in-law, Elaine Muscott, and many nieces, nephews and their families. A sister, Donna Welcome Wunderbaum predeceased her. She also leaves her long, long friend of 74 years, Marianne Smith, close friend, Lois Spaulding, and special adoring friends, Karen Warzecha, Jan Perry Bushey and Marian Meacham, Regina Provenzano and Tom Neumeyer, along with her wonderful neighbors, Dave and Debbie LaBeff. Terry and Randy would like to thank all those who visited their mother and brought her special treats. Many thanks, also, to Shields Comfort Care and their wonderful staff, in addition to Southern Care Hospice. Memorial service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 11, 2017, at the W. L. Case & Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Road, where her family will receive friends from 5:00 8:00 p.m. on Monday and then on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
