Dorothy passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 9, 2021. Age 79 Years.
She was born on December 1, 1941, daughter of the late Anthony and Dorothy (Wolfe) Drielick, in Bend, Oregon.
The family moved to Burt in 1942 before she turned a year old. Sue grew up in Burt and attended Chesaning Union Schools, graduating in 1960. She married Dick Diffin in 1962 and later married Fred Wilson in 1974. They both predeceased her. Sue worked at Brookwood Golf Course from 1981 to 1994. She then worked at Metamora Products and retired in 2007. She enjoyed playing cards, online games, crocheting, knitting and garage saling. Sue was very caring, kind, patient and loving. She loved her family and enjoyed making home videos as her grandchildren grew.
Sue is survived by her children, Rick Diffin of Louisville, KY, Kelly (Joe) Duffiney of Mt. Morris and Cathy (Rob) Trader of Delton, MI; ten grandchildren, Angela Diffin, Jeanette Diffin and Samantha Diffin of Nuremburg Germany, Gayle (Mike) Ulmer of Attica, MI, Katie (Frank) Simon of Kalamazoo, MI, Allison Simon of Delton, MI, Amy Wilderotter and Cade Burns of Delton, MI, Ariel Duffiney and Jake Duffiney of Mt. Morris; great grandchildren, Rain Duffiney of Mt. Morris and Shay Thomas of Attica, MI; brother, Bill Drielick of Montrose and sister, Kathy (Jack) Krupp of Burt. She was predeceased by her brothers, John Drielick, Stevie Drielick and Baby Edward Drielick, sisters, Helen Suppes and Baby Clara Drielick.
Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 15, 2021, at W. L. Case and Company, 5700 Dixie Highway. Rev. Julie Bailey will officiate with burial in Pine Grove Cemetery in Burt. Friends may visit with the family on Thursday October 14, 2021 at the chapel from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may consider the wishes of the family.
