McManus, Elaine B. (Turner) St. Charles, MI Passed away Tuesday, September 6, 2016, at the Cartwright Care Center at the age of 85 years. Elaine B. Turner was born October 7, 1930, in St. Charles, Michigan, to the late Joseph and Erma (Frank) Turner. After graduating from high school, Elaine met Clark McManus and they were later married on May 5, 1950. He predeceased her in 1986. Elaine was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church and was employed for many years by Federal Department Store. Elaine is survived by; a sister, Nancy (Ben) Munson; a brother, Louis Turner; a stepdaughter, Sharon Peckat; a step-granddaughter, Robin (Dan) Caradine; a step-great, granddaughter, Samantha Caradine. She was predeceased by three brothers and a sister, William Turner, Donald Turner, Joseph Turner, and Marion Williams. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 10, 2016, at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 600 Court St., Saginaw, Michigan. The Rev. James Krueger will officiate with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call on the family on Friday at the W. L. Case Chapel, 201 N. Miller Rd., from 3:00 until 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday at the Church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
