Eleanor L. Malicoat

Eleanor L. (Ellie) Malicoat Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Wednesday, February 26, 2014, at St. Mary's of Michigan. Age 64 years. The daughter of the late Hannah Marie (Suppes) and Clarence Leroy Leiner was born December 26, 1949 in Saginaw, Michigan. She married James T. Malicoat, March 2, 1973. He survives her. She was employed by ABIM, working at WNEM TV-5 and retired from the American Legion Post #22 where she was also active with the Post #22 Auxiliary. She was also a member of the Kosciuszko Hall (K-Hall) and enjoyed gardening, yard work and flowers. Surviving besides her husband, James, are three children and their spouses, Bobbi Jo and Lawrence Brummel; James Malicoat Jr. and his fianc, Stephanie; Jay Malicoat; all of Saginaw; four grandchildren, Tyler and Emily Brummel; James and Ethan Malicoat; two brothers and their wives, William and Lois Leiner; Harvey and Deb Leiner; many nieces and nephews. A brother, Clarence Leiner has predeceased her. The funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 3, 2014, at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd.
