Beloved mother, grandparent, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, passed away on July 9, 2020 at the age of 91 years.

The daughter of the late Joseph John Comerford and Julia Frances (Sokup) Betty was born on December 23, 1928 in Chippewa Falls, WI, where she graduated from high school, the class of 1946. Betty married Charles Paul Hudson on June 25, 1949; he predeceased her on March 11, 2005. She retired from Consumer Energy after 15 years of service. Betty was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary in Beaverton, MI. Also long time member of Faith Lutheran Church in Saginaw, MI. She enjoyed playing cards and bingo with occasional trips to the Casino. Many happy memories were created at Henderson Lake with family & friends. After retirement Betty & Chuck enjoyed many winters in Sarasota Florida at Sun & Fun Resort.

Surviving are her children: John (Theresa) Hudson, Susan (Mike) Wendt, Paul (Kathy) Hudson. Betty had 5 grandchildren: Heidi (Bill) Thorp, Brandon (Aurora) Hudson, Jeffery (Jodi) Jackson, Ryan (Mackenzie) Hudson and Mike Hudson. Betty had 15 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren. Two surviving sisters Lillian White in Wisconsin and Gloria (Dick) Dell in Michigan, also many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Besides her spouse and parents, she was predeceased by 3 sisters and 5 brothers, Dorthy Farmer, Lorraine Nicoli, Marie Smuhl, Donald, William, Richard, John and David Comerford.
