Our beloved mother passed away on Wednesday, July 17, 2024. Age 57 years. 

Elpihter was born on July 18, 1966, daughter of Erpet and Damiko (Amada) Albert, in Pohnpei, Micronesia. 

She is survived by two daughters, three sons, nine grandchildren, two sisters and six brothers. 

Funeral service will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at W. L. Case and Company, 4480 Mackinaw Road. Friends may visit with the family from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
