Emmy Auzins Napoleon, Ohio Formerly of Bridgeport, Michigan Passed away Friday May 27, 2016, in Napoleon, Ohio. Age 87 years. The daughter of the late Marie (Miller) and Georg Hofmann was born May 21, 1929 in Germany, coming to the U.S.A in 1952. She married Karlis Auzins, December 24, 1948. He passed away February 6, 2010. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, Bridgeport. She had been employed at St. Mary's Hospital in pediatrics. She enjoyed crafting and flowers. Surviving are a son, a daughter and their spouses, Edvins and Barbara Auzins, Napoleon, Ohio; Alexandra and Ronald Fick, Montana; four grandchildren, Melanie (Rebecca) Auzins; Aaron (Christina) Auzins; Amanda (Ryan) Sell; James Sohn; three great grandchildren, Payton, Kai and Kenji; her brother, Adolph Hofmann; a nephew and two nieces, Gary, Jane and Donna. The funeral services will take place at 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 3, 2016, at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 5700 Dixie Hwy. Rev. William W. Hessler will officiate.
