Ethel S. Piechotte

Piechotte, Ethel S. Saginaw, MI Loving mother and grandmother went home to the Lord on Thursday, September 19, 2013, at the age of 89 years. Ethel was born January 30, 1924, in Saginaw to the late Augustine and Susanne (Turek) Klement. She married Robert C. Piechotte on May 6, 1944. He predeceased her on April 19, 1980. She is survived by her children, Peggy Fetting, Nancy (Dale) Deibel, Joe (Shelly) Piechotte, Ami (Jim) Davis, Roland (Sue) Piechotte; son-in-law, Bob Waters; grandchildren, Brook Waters, Jim Fetting, Brady (Tammy) Fetting, Ben (Meg) Fetting, Eric (Jennifer) Deibel, Melissa (Chris) Fletcher, Jackie (Mike) Johnson, Nicholas Piechotte, Austin Piechotte, Nathan Piechotte, Kyle Piechotte, and Ryan Davis; 9 great-grandchildren; brothers, Earl (Barb) Klement and Augie (Ruth) Klement; several nieces and nephews; and special neighbors, Dennis and Lisa Wolfgang and family. She was predeceased by her daughter, Susanna Waters; granddaughter, Carrie Deibel Caldwell; great-granddaughter, Mackenzie Caldwell; and siblings, Evelyn Ribble, Lillian Bittner, George Klement, and Frank Klement. Funeral services will take place at 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 23, 2013, at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 600 Court St. Rev. James Krueger will officiate with burial to follow in Oakwood Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday at W.L. Case & Company 4480 Mackinaw Road from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. and again at the church on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
