Eve Virginia LaTarte

LaTarte, Eve Virginia Bridgeport, MI Passed away November 29, 2015 at Wellspring Lutheran Home, Frankenmuth, age 69 years. Eve was born August 8, 1946 in Sacramento, California the daughter of the late Andrew and Ruth (Hensel) Edgar. She came to Michigan at the age of three and spent the rest of her life here. She loved her cats and other animals and loved to decorate her home. Eve is survived by two sons, Richard (Shelly) Rhyan and Joseph LaTarte; seven grandchildren, Jade, Jonathan, Christopher, Jacob, Ryan, Bryan and Olivia; a brother, Peter Brooks. In addition to her parents, Eve was predeceased by her grandparents, Roy and Grace Hensel who raised her when she came to Michigan. The funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 4, 2015 at W. L. Case & Company, 5700 Dixie Highway. Rev. Richard Thorp will officiate with burial to follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family at the chapel Friday from 11:00 a.m. until time of the service.
