Frank Albert Jacobs

Frank Albert Jacobs (Kidd) Atlanta, Georgia formerly of Harrison/Saginaw Passed away on August 29, 2016, in Atlanta at the age of 50 years. Frank was born January 30, 1966, in Alma to Karen Panzl Kidd and the late Harold Jacobs. Frank grew up in Breckenridge, Saginaw, and Harrison Michigan before packing up his car and moving to Georgia on Thanksgiving in 1988. Frank was the "Picasso" of the Tile Setter Profession. His beautiful work will live on for many years in homes throughout Georgia. He worked for years at D.W. Sanders Ceramic Tile and Stone of Marietta, GA. The owner, Woody, trusted and loved Frank to do the top jobs for major clients. Frank had many friends in Harrison, Michigan where he attended and graduated from school. He played sports and was co-captain of the football team. Frank developed his "Family of Friends" in Georgia and had resided with close friends John Graziotti and Darin Rein for many years! The family would like to thank Frank's friends and coworkers, for the love and hospitality they provided while they stayed in Georgia. Frank is survived by his sons, Coty Jacobs and David (Tiffany) Baxter and their children; parents Karen and Edwin Kidd; sisters, Michelle Jacobs, Karen (John) Roth, Joi (Chuck) Pardue; nieces, Emily, Elise, Marin; aunts, Sister Marie Michael and Kathleen Jacobs; cousins; and his wife Clara Darlene Jacobs and her children Bradley and Paige Holland. A celebration of Frank's life will take place at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, September 17, 2016, at W.L. Case & Company 201 N. Miller Rd. Saginaw, MI 48609. Friends are welcome to visit with the family from 11:00 a.m. until the service. The family encourages guests to please share memories and stories about Frank. Don't be sad-be glad you knew him!
