Frank Buddy Placher

Frank Placher (Buddy) St. Charles, Michigan Passed away Friday, March 29, 2013, at his home. Age 57 years. The son of the late Louis B. and Joanna D. (Swift) Placher was born November 24, 1955 in Saginaw, Michigan. He graduated from Saginaw High School and served with the Michigan National Guard. He married Margaret Itoney, December 17, 1977. She survives him. He was employed as a building maintenance supervisor. He enjoyed helping children, mentoring children at St. Paul's Townhouses and was active with the Boy Scouts. Surviving besides his wife, Margaret, are six brothers and a sister, Edward Baker; Louis A. Placher; Thomas Placher and his wife, Cheryl; Samuel Placher and his wife, Roberta; Oscar Placher; Patrick Placher; Maryanna Burril and her husband, Dave; numerous nieces and nephews. A nephew, Christopher, his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Charles and Nancy Itoney; and a brother-in-law, Matthew Mark Itoney have predeceased him. In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. No services are planned.
