Frank D. Naples Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Thursday, July 3, 2014, at the Aleda E. Lutz Veteran's Medical Center. Age 81 years. The son of the late Mario and Antoinette (Napolitano) Naples was born March 4, 1933 in Saginaw, Michigan. He married Joyce K. Miller, June 15, 1953. She passed away April 17, 2007. Frank served with the U.S. Marine Corp during the Korean War. He was employed by General Motors (Saginaw Steering Gear), retiring with 41 years of service. He was a member of SS. Simon and Jude Catholic Church and was active in the Knights of Columbus. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Surviving are three children and their spouses, Kathi and Kurt Killackey, Rose City, MI; Kim Naples and Jeff Emeott; Steve and Marcy Naples, all of Saginaw; nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; two sisters and two brothers, Nancy Naples, Connie Frackowiak, Angelo Naples and his wife, Helen, all of Saginaw; Ralph Naples, NY; many nieces and nephews. A son, Mike Naples, a grandson, Eric Ruggles, two sisters, Anna Esgro and Jean Wilson, have predeceased him. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, July 11, 2014, at the W.L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Saginaw. Rev. John Mancini O.S.F.S. will officiate.
